ati mirroring dual monitor

i have dual monitors and i'm able to span it across the 2 monitors. however, i am unable to find an option to mirror/clone both of the monitors.

check in the overlay tab in the display properties.

No, it's not in the overlay tab. After you've installed the Catalyst Control Panel applet, you need to go into the advanced video settings, goto the displays tab, and you should see three devices (depending on what output devices you've got plugged in). When you get there, one output will be Primary and one will be Secondary. "Push" the little buttons until they're both Primary, hit apply, and there's your clone mode.

thanks. i have one slight problem though. it doesn't display any type of video when i'm mirroring the image. it only shows the video on one of the monitor.

have you tried using Ultra Mon? if not give it a shot very good multi monitor software also windows media player for some odd reason don't like full screen playback on primary monitor .. solution use media player classic :D
