is it normal that my ram overheats even at stock?

Which is OCZ PC4000 at stock is 2.8 volts and 200 FSB 1:1

When you say overheats, how do you know its overheating?
And iirc isnt stock FSB for 4000 250 fsb?

That is rated isnt it? AND I KNOW IT IS OVERHEATING!!!!

BURNS? or just is pretty hot so you cant hold your finger on it for 2 seconds?

Hmm it's probably due to poor airflow, put a fan on top of it.
