Items shipped were OK but site showed items in stock but they weren't. Then when they cancelled order, they showed it as a customer cancellation to avoid the truth. Low prices and low standards, I guess.

That review was especially helpful considering the popularity of the x800 right now

It makes no sense to me why companies like this would be asshats on purpose and gain such an unpopular reputation doing so. Why offer a good price only to back out and get negative feelings/ratings, it makes absolutely no sense to me anymore.
