SOrry if this has been posted before... but how do I interpret these results... what can they tell me about the prestanda of the blocks....

It tells you how well they performed, and how restrictive they are at 1gpm. That's a fairly average flow rate for watercooling system, so you want the waterblock with the lowest c/w.
 
Your looking for low c/w and low resistance. For example the DD RBX is good because it has low c/w and low flow resistance. And the swiftech 6000 has a low c/w (good) but high flow resistance/pressure drop (bad unless you have a good pump).

But if you have a strong pump(or a very strong :cool: ) then it is necessary to have a strong resistance ... right???
