What's your opinion on this PSU???

At the moment I am running my 1400AMD overclocked to 1557 with a PSU recommended by AMD up to 800MHz. I'm about to buy a new 300Watt psu today which is recommended for my processor. The make and model are below??


Seasonic SS-300FS.

The voltage rails are as follows:

3.3V rail output is 28A
5V rail output is 30A
12V rail output is 15A

Do you think these outputs are good.....

My current PSU outputs

3.3V rail output is 15A
5V rail output is 30A
12V rail output is 12A

The Seasonic PS you mention is on AMD's approved list for T-Bird 1400's, as long as it's a Rev A1.
