L7 Bridges and voltage

I've an AMD Duron 750 in a MSI K7T Pro2 Motherboard. Do i have to unlock the L7 Bridges in the CPU in order to raise the voltage? I'm asking this because when i change the Vcore in the BIOS, it aparently does raise the voltage, but i don't know if it ACTUALLY does raise the voltage on my processor :(

changing the L7 bridges changes the default vcore setting. Get mbprobe or some other monitoring program to check if the voltage has actually changed. You should also be able to see this in the bios, but I am not familiar with your board so I don't know where to tell you to look for it in the bios.
