What is better?
I don't need lots of power. I want a high quality and stable PSU.

Specs. 330W (http://www.antec-inc.com/specs/true330_spe.html) and 380W (http://www.antec-inc.com/specs/true380_spe.html)

I see that 330 version has voltage feedback only on +12V and +5V.
Are there any more difference?

I'd be surprised if there was no voltage feedback for the +3.3V because I've seen only two ATX PSUs like that, both super-cheap, one possibly made by Deer, the other not even UL listed (+5Vstandby couldn't manage even half its 1.5A rating for more than 30 seconds at a time). Even my bad 250W almost identical to the one that PC Power & Cooling shows as an example of a bad PSU had +3.3V sense wire, and where there's a sense wire there's voltage regulation.

If I were going to spend money on an Antec TruePower, I'd probably buy the one with the higher power rating, just in case I were to later upgrade to a fast CPU or graphics card.
