Sometimes it's the little things that confuse me ;) Can someone expalin the Push/Pull of dual 120mm fans on a HC?
_(>)__(V)
|---------|
|---------|
\ shroud / .5"
F(^)|F(V)

F=Fan
()=Air flow direction
_=Spacers

Do those arrows correctly show fan air flow? And if so, does a seporator need to be placed inbetween the fans inside the shroud?

Thanks,
Froz

I think you're right. Your diagram takes a little thought.

Both fans should blow in the same direction. Spacing or shrouding will help performance and noise. Make sure to seal the gaps though.

Ahh.

and all this time I thought it was only 2 fans both on the same side of the radiator; one pushing air, one pulling air to create a circular effect. For a push/pull on a large radiator, you'd need 4 120mm fans.

Thanks.
