Dumb Question: What card do I have?

Hi. I just got a computer that wasn't being used much and I'm trying to figure out what the video card is. It is listed as being nVidia GeForce DDR. The card has 32MB of DDR memory. But, is it a GeForce 2? I can't figure out what the chipset is and whether it is worth considering an upgrade. I'm sure there is an obvious way to do this and I'm dumb, but help would be appreciated.

My guess is that it's a GeForce 256 DDR based card.

I have one from Leadtek (I don't remember which system it's in!) and it's still a good, fast card that can handle most games.
