AOL and Norton AntiVirus

Does anyone know how to get Norton to scan attachments in AOL Mail

If I'm not mistaken, AOL and McAfee teamed up a year or so ago (I worked for HP and they had a thing then) so I would kind've doubt they have that kind of scanning available fro Symantec products. AOL and McAfee both had patches on their sites to work out some early problems between the two so you might check for the same with Symantec.

My guess is that it can't be done but I'm not sure.

Nope, no luck. Oh well. Guess I won't be able to see what virus I got today... Darn... Anyone want me to forward it to them :D

if you have an account with hotmail, or yahoo you can find out.

FWD the mail there, hotmail has autoscan, yahoo gives the option. i have done scans on AOL attachments in my yahoo box.
