Temp lowering for my 2.8c

Hey, i've overclocked my 2.8c to 3.4 ghz (243fsb) and the temps were about 41 idle and 52 @ load. I want to overclock it more but i need to add voltage to do so. I've inserted a fan in between the HSF and one of the back ports(serial port i think) of my P4C800 so that it can blow the hot air out quickly. The fan is a tight fit and it touches abit of the top of the HSF. I've secured it with blue tac... but i don't know if it's safe or not. My temps are now 39 idle and 51 @load. Can anyone tell me if it's safe ?

51 load is safe people try and stay below 50-55 in most cases. What heatsink and fan combo do you have? You shouldn't really add anymore vcore until you get better cooling. :)
