View Full Version : Hmmm, stats.
What does the CPU days and CPU Hours/Unit represent.
As of right now i have 293 Units, 87894 CPU days, 7199 CPU HOurs/Unit.
Some people have high numbers there but most are lower and make more sense to me.
I have 7 comps folding currently. Does that make a difference?

You have 7 computers folding? WHOA, that sounds fantastic! For how long have you been a member?

Some of the stats are messed up (like yours) but don't think about that, it doesn't matter at all.
FOLD ON BROTHER! :)

Wow, 7 more computers. Excellent!
Welcome to the team.
My stats did the same thing. They went completely haywire. They were fine until I started running multiple clients on the same machine using the -local function to make up for the down servers. The hours/unit and the number of days folded doesn't matter much anyway. The wu's # is right and thr work that has been sent back to Stanford is good which is what's really important. Of secondary importance is the fact that we are over 1000 wu's ahead of DSLR Team Helix for the week. WTG everyone.

Yeah Ploaf, my stats went ballistic when I started running multiple clients as well... I wonder why this is?

I didn't know, at first, how to run the multiple clients and tried a few times by installing everything in different folders without running them locally which doesn't work as you know. When I tried to run it It always loaded the information from the installed folder. I think the client installer installs something (dll?? not sure what) that isn't included in the folding folder that is responsible for those stats or for simply measuring the time and it doesn't get used when running locally. I don't know, just guessing, and have never heard any reason for it.
