what steppings do the Northwoods with M0-Core have?
where can I get one? (Europe)

The only M0's were SL6Z3's (2.4C) and SL6Z5's (2.8C) -- and of those, only the earliest ones were the best overclockers. Newer ones can be found, but it seems they're no better (or maybe even worse) than a comparable D1 of the same age. Those first bundles were just somehow really stellar...

I believe the SL6WU has the same design as the M0's (30-cap, 8 layers) but is still an actual D1 stepping.

Yep... what Albuquerque said... except not all SL6WU 3.0C CPUs have 30 caps. I just got one yesterday and it's a 12 capper. It still does pretty good though, 3.75 gig with a bump in vcore.
