i was wonder,
-i just got my ww alum top and i noticed that it is pretty flat, but i want a mirror finish and i when i lapped my sp94 i used regular water and dishwasher fluid, it didn't cause discoloration or anything, but i was wondering if there is anything better i should use casue im afraid that this will casue is to oxidize.
am i right or will this not happen??

thanks

Don't use water or soap. Use something like lacquer thinner to float the tiny metal flakes away as you lap. It's what I use and works great.
