Just a bit of concern over jet impingement blocks. My DanderDen RBX block is gonna arrive soon and i was looking over it's technical specs and it seems like the base is like 0.6mm thick in it's thinnest spot? If water's hitting the base at high velocity, wont that wear the base down over time? Then we have a leaky waterblock.

Its only water, and its not under a lot of pressure. Its nothing like cutting metal with a waterjet. And you aren't going to have suspended solids in your watercooling circuit either, so it is only water impacting the base. There's nothing to worry about. Unless you decide to dump a bowl full of sand and use a 1000 PSI pump... But that's your business ;)
