Air Water or Peltier

I was looking into buying either the Mach II or the Vapochill and was wondering if I would get better performance if I either water or pelt cooled the GPU and NB. Also if the increase would be worth the added expense.

Well if you cool the GPU with a pelt you're of course going to get some worthwhile performance increase from the video card...the NB really I don't think needs a pelt unless you are doing some sort of extreme testing & oc'ing with LN2 or whatever..
