Please help! Regarding Heatspreaders.

I have 2 stick of 256 mushkin and I want to see what is under the heatspreader and I can't get these silver clips off that hold the heatspreaders on along with the adhesive stuff. Does anyone have a method for getting this silver clips off? There is almost no clearence to get anything pried under there. Thanks

i used a small screwdriver to carefully pry the clips loose...

Grrr I have tried that but there is no room to get a screw driver underneath the clips. This is really frustrating.

i put the screwdriver where the clips form a u on the top of the heatspreaders. my hs had an opening there..

Woot 2nd stick is bh-5! I got myself 2 sticks of Mushkin PC3200 bh-5 ram now! 2 x 256!!!
