This is a proposed build for my father... and I am not wanting to drop tons of cash, but want it to last and give him the ability for an easy upgrade to a 64-bit platform once the chips fall where they may. I'm hoping that this chip will get him to 3.2-3.3GHz, and watercooling is out of the question.
