ntfs vs fat32 winrar

hi all
i just formated today and installed winxp pro sp1 with fat32.here is my probleme
i tryed to unzip one file using winrar (file size 10mb contains 4754 files) this taked 16 seconde
then copied this file to Ntfs partition and tryed to unzip it .this time it taked 5 seconde only ???

i tryed the same test another time and get the same result.tryed another motherboard drive but the result still the same

is the deferance between ntfs and fat32 is as big as this ???

it could be that if the unzip location is the same as the read location u will see erroneous (i cant spell i mean incorect is that right?) unzip to and from diffrent disks/ seperate physical disks.
