If there is a decent 3d/2d video card which has a TV input for video capture (composite tv-in is a must), a tv out function which isn't encoded by macrovision or anything else  because I produce my own videos, don't pirate, and don't deserve to be treated as a crook by some corporation who's going to treat me as "guilty, who cares about innocence", and works well under Win2k... I'd love to know, I'll spend ANYTHING to avoid using Win98.

Thx!

My current card is a radeon 64mb DDR VIVO... (video in, video out)

ATi, the last I downloaded, has not improved their Win2k radeon drivers and I've been compelled to use Win98. Due to a problem with the southbridge+win98+sb live, booting can be a real chore if I get that periodic/frequent "Volume was previously unclosed" "red herring" of an error...

If there is an Nvidea card, I'll even buy from them.

I remember reading that Matrox makes some composite in cards, check their site... as for no macrovision, only media encoded will be affected -- self produced videos and the like will not be.
