RDRam is alittle dated also. ;) But they are going to attempt to make a big comeback soon. Asus I believe is currently developing a new RD Intel board.

i thought they had a name for the board already.....

"No one is making motherboards based on the SiS R659 chipset today, and you can't just run out and buy one right now. The one board maker who has signed up to use the chipset is Asus, who is also the largest motherboard producer in the world, which is a fairly large endorsement for the new SiS chipset and RDRAM technology. Asus will be producing the P4S13G platform, which will be targeted at the high-end gamer and performance user. The board features two 32-bit RDRAM slots and can take full advantage of the 9.6 GB/s of bandwidth which is offered by the R659 chipset. Other features include dual Serial ATA/150 RAID, AGP 8x, Gigabit LAN, Firewire, digital audio, pretty much everything one would expect from a high-end platform. Prices will likely be comparable to Asus's P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard, based on the Intel 875P chipset, but have not been finalized. " -gamepc.com

yes, but news of it being cancelled has been humming around for awhile as well :(

My old P4T533 (32 bit rambus) really was a lovely OC board :D
