I've seen software for benchmarking video cards, but is there software available for stress testing overclocked cards?

Also, the price difference between a 9800 pro and a 9800 pro OEM is about $40(25% more) for the 128mb card. Is it worth paying more for the unopened 9800 and why?

Thanks.

I thought OEM meant it didnt come with all the software the retail package was wrong.
And as far as I know the best stress test you can do is continual loops of 3dmark 2k3.

well, if you plan on selling the card later you will get more for the retail, 25% difference is not worth getting the retail in imho, the other thing is retail has much better warrantee, as for anything else in the retail box can be done without

Another good program is artifact tester (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=201).

It helps take some of the subjectivity out of determining whether or not an overclock causes artifacts, and it also includes a stress tester. -- Paul
