I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a program which would allow me to change the bitrate of my mp3s(to make them smaller size)
Thanks in advance...

You can use any mp3 encoder to re-encode your mp3s to a smaller bitrate. I personally like using CDex (http://www.cdex.n3.net/).

I've used musicmatch to do this before.....

DBPowerAmp. Great program for encoding between many formats/bitrates.

Exact Audio Copy + LAME encoder. convert mp3s to wav then encode the 'fake wavs' to desired bitrate. done. nuff said

Theres this program... MP3 to All Converter that works really well. Basically you install it and it adds a menu to your right click menu. So you just highlight the files in windows explorer and tell it what to do thru the menu, a little window opens up if i remember correctly with the queue and it does its stuff. Obviously you can select whatever bitrate you need beforehand. It was a while ago but it was quite usefull.
