Hey guys I have created a server for unreal tournament 2004. It has a 10 player cap which is probably the most my 256 up connection can do. It should be online most of the time, but I dont guarantee 24/7.

256kbps is too slow to run a ut2k4 server w/ 10 people

Well ive done 10 ppl with 256 up death match without a problem.
OS is a little harder though because of the wehicles.
What i have going for me is windows server 2003 which is a little faster then all the other windows versions in term of I/O handling, memory and stuff, and my 3.6Ghz Pentium 4 with dual channel 1gb ddr 400. 1200FSB (300*4).
I've also tweaked the settings a bit so i believe it should work.

Thats too bad, I hate when ppl screw with servers.
Like what were they trying to do? I'm asking since from time to time I run servers.
