Basically last night I was looking at my computer and thought 'I should get rid of as much cable clutter as I can' and while I was at it I cleaned up those honecomb grills I had removed with a pair of wire cutters.

nice work i really like it
agree that it isnt the coolest mod but you pulled off something that 80% of us still have in our systems messy wires >LOL< but that is life .....

I have the same problem you had! Tons of clutter in my case. I just put my rounded EIDE cables in, which helped, but how did you run all of your power wires? If I could get my case as good as yours, I would be happy!

Nice mod, I want to do the same!

The wire management came out very well. I like the looks of it. I plan on neating up my wires eventually. I have not gotten around to doing it yet though.

I ran almost every power wire between my right side pannel and the motherboard tray and took advantage of holes in parts of the case.

What type of case is that? Thermaltake XIII? It looks like it but i'm not sure if it is or not. I've been looking into getting one.

No its an X-Pider, basically a standard chieftec case just a different bezel, I wouldn't recommend getting a xaser though.

I should probably clean up my wires, but im lazy and my there really isnt any room for them in the case anyways. Hell, half of them arent even long enough to re-route them to clean them up. its sad really

If your case doesn't come with holes in the mobo tray, it's a good idea to cut some holes of your own if you really want neat cable organization. If you also cut a fan hole in your side panel as well as around the cpu on the mobo tray, you can get lower board temps as well. Here's some pics of what I'm talking about. http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v168/mtb856/Computer%20Mods/holes.jpg http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v168/mtb856/Computer%20Mods/92mm.jpg

Nice Job. Cleaning up wires makes a case look so much more professional and is easy to do. Cheap as well! :D
