Would I get a better OC if say i bumped my FSB as high as it will boot into the install windows thing, do a fresh install, and load all my drivers.
Currently about 150-153 is the most stable FSB this current windows (4-6 monhts old) will be 100% stable. But it will boot into windows suicide at like 166-170. So if i set the FSB to 166 and reinstall dinwso will my system be stable there or no?

i wouldnt count on it, unless you have a crapload of stuff on there thats screwing everything up, but i seriously doubt it. i could be wrong, so give it a try if you want, but i would just keep it at 150-153.

No, simply reinstalling windows would not allow the hardware to go any higher then it is stable. Also, you would be lucky if you could even reinstall windows with the machine overclocked because windows does not like OC'd machines during installs at all.
