Polycarbonate size

Hey folks,

Was thinking about buying some polycarbonate.

Question: What thickness should I get?

I have a 120mm fan I'm going to be cutting a hole in it, piece will be 8"x6" and used for a window mod for the top of my computer.

I bought .25" thick polycarb, but it's pretty thick so you could probably go with a little thinner polycarb and save some money.

0.125" is plenty for a window, especially one that small.

Read good stuff about this, unlike the delicateness of acrylic.
