My leadtek K8N decided to kick off, so I E-mailed them about an RMA. They've been very polite and quick getting back to me with E-mails.
I haven't sent anything back, but if that goes as smooth as it has so far I'll be VERY impressed.
Generally they reply within 2-3 hours, and are right on the mark. I'm mad about the mobo, but this makes it much easier to deal with.
