It contains ethol glycol. Thats pretty much all it says.

It is not a true biocide, but the glycol will help inhibit growth. That good enough answer?

To that question, yes.

Should I add something to my inline system additionally? If so, what? I have about 2-3 cups of liquid in my system.

bacteriostat which is what they use in like hottubs i think

kills everything
