2*WD 120JB gone SATA. Jumpers?

I know I could just try and see, but I want to save time so I'll post the question here:

I'm hooking 2 WD 120JB IDE drives up in RAID0 using Abit Serrilel2
IDE-->SATA converters.

The question is: How should the Hdd jumpers be configured? Off / cable select / or what?

Just configure them as Master prior to hooking them up, since there is only one drive per cable and this sets the ID bit properly.

Both drives as master? Will that really work in RAID0?

Yes, the SATA channels are serial. By definition, there is one drive per channel on ID 0, thus master.
