Water Wetter would've been a good guess. I thought of water way, but then quickly realized it makes no sense because water is in the whole watercooling setup. :D
 
No one ever talks about the Wave Water. WW means either Water Wetter or the White Water. One is a coolant that is known to cause problems, and the other is a superb waterblock, being the best or second best available block. www.dtekcustoms.com
