Sun SparkStation monitor & Pc

I've got a Sun Spark Station monitor 21", seems to be a Sony, but have the SPARK 13W3 connector, my question is: if I got a cable converter for the standard Pc world, D-SUB HD 15pin, it works with a Vga cards?
