How do nanoseconds ratings transfer to mhz.

Like the topic says. How fast can 2.5ns ram run at in mhz? Is there a forumla to transfer back and forth between the two?

1000ms/400mhz=2.5ns

frequency = 1 / period
the period is measured in nanoseconds (10^-9)
1 / (2.5 *10^-9) = 400 mhz!!!111
