Question on using Prime95

I've seen a lot of references to using Prime95 to test stability and heat. So I downloaded it, and am a bit confused. Do you just run it as normal for a test, or do you use the extreme burn testing that it includes for a long period of time?

Extreme burn testing for me. If the overclock can handle that for about 72 hours, then it is stable.

Go to options and select torture test. Then select one of the 3 options depending on what you want to test and off you go. :)

Intall it in two directories and run torture test, one for small .... and the other for large... for about 12 hours
