position my 6.1 speakers

6.1 creative labs. the above is what i was thinking before i mount them. they will be mounted on the wall near the roof on brackets. red dots are the satalites and the blue dot is me (arrow facing where i look roughly). sub will just sit below the desk im thinking. any comments?

the way you have them positioned is optimized for somone sitting in the center of the room. adjust the models you have been looking at for the room.

I'd follow dolby's guide. If you plan on sitting there, i would suggest moving the center and right speakers closer. The bass module below the desk would work fine.
