i have a 3 questions, 1. where can i get it , 2. if i put 4 Ram sinks on it , and have a 120 mm fan sucking hot air off it can i get it at 166mhz?, 3. does this sound possible 10 X 166 = 1660mhz from a 1.33 ghz athlon with a thermoengine with a delta, and as/2. on an iwill kk266? please help.

If the place you buy from will guarantee it will run at 150 2-2-2 then thats all that is guaranteed. Will it run at 166mhz at 2-2-2 probably not ,it might run at 166 with 3-3-3 or another setting.

Ram sinks on sdr memory is not really as effective as with ddr memory as the heat generated by sdr is not as high and the frequency limit has more to do with the memory chips themself than with heat.
