alfred hitchcock's character breaks or disappears,

guyz i need help with the problem in running Alfred hitchcock on the pc in my sig.. the alfred hitchcokc graphics are disappearing from the screen but nothing problematic with othergraphics, just alfred's body is turning into pixels, or disappears but other graphics are fantastic.. how can be that fixed i have searched through out the web but i didn't found any thing usefull if any one know then plz help me out..
btw, here is winxp, dx9.0b,forceware 53.64 humm and thats it
