Oh No! Is artic silver II poisonous!!!

I was attaching my glaciator to my althon 1.4 and I turned around and my new kitten was eating the little packet of arctic silver II that came with the glaciator!!! Is this stuff poisonous?!?!?

I would take her right away to the vet even if she seems to be alright.
