Win ME or a virus?!!

been havin quite a lot of trouble with the new comp. i keep getting these errors saying

"icsmgr has caused an error in <unknown> icsmgr will now close"

sometimes it will say names other than icsmgr ( loadqm, wuauboot, or <unknown> ) there has been others that seem to be a one of thing.

when i press ctrl+alt+del the majority of the time loadqm <unknown> and icsmgr are running in the background.

i thought the problem had been fixed but yesterday, i would have got that error at least 15 times.

i thought it was just a win ME problem but both comps have win ME and only one gets the errors,

when i ran a search form icsmgr etc. i found that on the comp with the problems it has "icsmgr.lgc" "loadqm.lgc" and "wuauboot.lgc" where the comp that isn't getting the erors does not have thse files.

some other roblems i've been having is my network has been running really slowly... and i mean really slooooooooowly. it will run fast and fine when i first turn the comps on but after 1 1/2 hours or so it takes ages. i think could be something different all together but any help would be greatly appreciated.

While ics sounds like a good thing there are alot of problems with it.
Get a cheap router or find a 3rd party program.

Ask in the internet and networking section I am sure someone ther could give you some good networking software names.

try using a program called (analogx proxy) <--i forgot the name.....
u can find it in download.com and it does a great job sharing connections(bascially no need to set up anything)
