Can anyone reccomend one i have a 1 gig t-bird and ordered the den maze2-1 i am thinking that i need one156 watts or higher.

If you're going to run it at 1gig, then a 100W one is fine, even an 85W one will do. The 156W+ are for the 1.33gigs and higher, whetherrated speed or overclocked.

It would be nice if i could overclock that high though. i don't know how high i will be able to go but i am hoping 1.2 to 1.3 at least

For a Bird, 100 watts is not enough. A 156 or 172 watt would work.

Yeah, it's very important to use a pelt that has a power rating that's about twice as high as your CPU's waste heat output (check with Radiate).
