besides stability and heat are there any other symptoms of increasing CPU voltage
Well, I'm not sure if this is exacly what you're looking for, but I found that my Celeron gains voltage when its idle (it gets same amount as I set in BIOS), and looses about 0.5V under load. I was looking at voltage monitors.

the voltage gains is from what the CPU is loosing, it shouldn't be too much though. The only other symptom I know of is a dead one from going too high. Other than that, heat is the only thing you really have to worry about. Increasing Voltage will usually increase stability IF you can get the heat away.
