Poll: Any Ut Cheaters Out There

I need a little feed back on UT cheats. On some servers (non CHSP) I just get wrecked. I know i suck but come on.

I win all the time on this one server with 75ping cuz I have almost no lag. what is your ping to the server. Are you getting killed by instant hit weapons? I would play on CSHP servers or newbie servers to start up. also play team games adn follow the good players to see how they play. good luck and never cheat.

dont listen to never cheat if you wanna cheat DO IT, personally i dont cheat either but i RULE at UT, but when i play CounterStrike i suck, but over 50% of the people are cheatiog, like hititng me with over 12 headshots in a row and i watch then walk through walls, its disgusting. So i just try to get better and watch Openfriday as he is the best ive seen play.

There's an Overclockers UT server run by Arcadians. At least there was. I've not been on it for a while due to various issues on my end. But I can PM you the IP if you'd like it.

As for cheating, cheating is for quiters. If you start to cheat now to make up for you lack of L337 5K1LLZ, you'll never get better, and when the next FPS comes out, you'll suck at that, and have to cheat there, and on, and on, and on. Play against bots for a while. Practice on them. Start them at low levels, then keep moving up. Eventually, you'll learn some strategies, and get better at it.

I've had years of experience (Wolfenstein 3D anyone?!) so I'm decent. My favorite FPS is Deus Ex. I loved the "lean" feature for sniping. It's multiplayer was weak, but single player RULED! It was more or less a tactical FPS, not just a "frag everything in sight" FPS like UT. Don't get me wrong, I love UT, but Deus Ex had a great story and awesome gameplay. Check it out.

im not sure where i play usuall i soft by the most populated team servers and play there - i hate CTF, but also like some 1vs all once in a while but teams are my favorite

What kind of degenerate moron would cheat @ UT? Its a god-damned SHOOTER! You shoot, you die, and then you come back and shoot some more. Why bother cheating? Its just dumb. You just need lots of practice, and a low ping. Thats why I don't play online anymore (stupid dialup).

over 50% cheaters on counterstrike? LOL what server is THAT stat from? i tend to usually do real well at counterstrike, and i never cheat, but then again, i am usually one of the lowest pings around too.

some stuff you think is cheating is really experience and skill, i frequently walk and listen for people more than look. so all of a sudden i jump around a corner and blow their heads off and get called a cheater due to the fact that they're running around making an ungodly ammount of noise.

my biggest thing i get called on for being a cheater is using the cameras on assault and tossing nades to get kills when i see a counter-terrorist approach the outside. haha, it's pretty funny, but it's one of those things that you'd think is cheating if you didn't know how it was done.

I'd like to 1 on 1 you Super if you think you're really good. I only play Instagib though. That way it's fair. If you've got fast refletions and good aim you'll win.

well its a clan server that is open to the public, there are alot of cheater, and they admit it when the admins are not there. They dont use PunkBuster so its a friggin free for all. Yes i can tell when someone cheats and when they dont. I also listen to footsteps and random fire to pinpoint there position. But i did suck but my stats are all in the positive noe. Cause i plaued wiht openfriday and watched him. UT is great ya i dont see why to cheat at that - its too fast paced and its fun, most dont cheat. Play on, IM me and ill give the IP and we can play sometime- CS that is

I'm on the RoS servers a lot. They are CTF and Instagib. There's four of them. I don't have IP's but they're easy to find. Here's how it's listed:

No, I'm not a part of it. I just kick some butt there. There's always low pings on it so I go there. Can't say I remember that name.

Yeah cheaters are out there. I freaking hate it when they shoot me with like and enforcer ONCE and I DIE but I unloaded my rocket launcher on them. So cheating is out that and yeah people do cheat. If I end up on a sever with ALOT of people cheating then I just bail. I'm on 56k and I can do pretty good and usually place in the top 5, but no in the cheater rooms.

If you want some competition, play on "The Factory" when the usual regulars are on...cheaters get banned from there so its a clean server.

People who cheat must have really pathetic lives. Who cares if you win or lose? It's just a game. The point is to have fun, and if you play honestly you will have a lot more fun than if you cheat, regardless if you win or lose.
