Condensation questions. Please help!

I just put my newly aquired DD Maze2, inline Danner, and inline water chiller together and am bench testing. First thing I noticed was the block started to look like a cold beer on a hot day, dripping with sweat. I looked thru quite a few posts here and could'nt find much on dealing with condensation. If any of you guys have any links or info for me it would be greatly appreciated.
I don't want to install this baby until I get a handle on what I'm up against.
