any1 heard of a "Prolink Microsystems Geforce 3"?

there is 1 for sale on ebay australia but ive never heard of it ,so if anybody knows about it can you please let me know before i bid ,thanks
p.s. also if there is a review with it among others being tested would be sufficient ...............look forward to any replies

they are one of the cheaper brands
but from my dealings with their products they seem pretty damn good
