T-bird really cheap and mobo help....

ok i just bought a 1.4mhz t-bird for only $93 today at a computer show with the t-bird in the box.....now theres a great deal...and is there a mobo that has both ddr and sdram on it??

yes, all DIMM socket board will support both, but not at the same time, you can't use 2 types of ram, you'll have to stick with 1 type and probably same brand and must be either reged or unreged not both. (Don't get a SIMM mobo)

The motherboard you are talking about is the A7A266 ( from asus).

That is the motherboard i have, and i love it.

There are a lot of mobos that support both. The A7A266 is just one example, I don't know of any others off the top of my head. DDR is sooooo cheap though.... It's not like forcing yourself to buy some DDR would be a huge burden.
