you probably should overclock it in the bios.

1.during startup hit whatever key neccesary to get into BIOS setup (most likely f1, f2 or del)
2.Go to the part of the menu that controls cpu settings/frequency]
3.Raise fsb 5mhz
4.See if it is windows stable or prime95 stable
5.restart and repeat step 1
6.If it does not boot clear the CMOS by setting a jumper labled CCMOS or ClearCMOS (make sure computer is OFF and that once you bridge the 2nd and 3rd pins, that you return the jumper to pins 1 and2)
7.repeat step 1 with a the next higher cpu vcore (voltage) setting
8.when raising the vcore no longer helps in stablity, cut back your overclock about 50mhz and test for stability
9. If stable, begin to work on a water cooling system
10. once water cooling sytem is complete and ready repeat step 1
11. Once stable begin working on a peltier cooled by water system
12. Once pelteir system is complete repeat step 1
13.Once pelteir system is stable begin work on a refrigeration system
14.once refrigeration system is complete repeat step 1
15. once refrigeration system is stable begin work on a quad-loop cascade refrigeration system.
16. Once quad-loop cascade system is complete and installed repeat step 1
17. once your quad-loop cascade system is stable, JUST BE HAPPY, DAMN IT!!

btw im just kidding about steps 9-17.
