I have an Audigy ES soundcard
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=29-102-166&depa=0

With Altec Lansing VS-3151 5.1 Speakers.

Issue I have is that the sound that is suppose to come out of the center speaker is coming out of the subwoofer and vice versa for the bass. I remember it working correctly when I first installed it but somehow it got switched.

I've updated drivers/installed original drivers and its a no go. They are both on the same plug that goes into the analog/digital out line of the soundcard so it's not like I can accidently switch em physically.

Thanks for any help.

Usually the drivers have a utility in the Control Panel. In there, my onboard sound has an option to swap the outputs for center/sub. Maybe you have one of these options switched.

I dont know of any option for that.
I have the Creative HQ package installed though its not doing me much good.

look in the creative audigy program list. there is probably an option in there. i used to have an audigy but never needed to change that or i could give you more specific advice.
