Suggestions for using this CPU block on my GPU

My old celeron kicked the bucket this week (blew two caps on the mobo and it took the CPU with it.) So I was thinking of adapting the old Innovatek FlatFlow WB I had on this socket 370 CPU to use on the FX5700 I am planning to buy for the new replacement system.

Any suggestions on a way I can modify this WB or just a way I can mount the WB to the GPU .

I am not beyond using Arctic Silver epoxy if I have to, but it would be nice to be able to maybe remove this WB if need be in the future.

If you have some metal panel bits around (like, after modding a case side panel) you can dremel out a holding clamp out of it, and use holes in the GFX card.

I would not reccomend using epoxy to stick it to the core. The block would be to heavy to do this safely. I need pics.
