Are these scores good-avg-poor?? for Pc2100 Crucial 639-825

They are close to what I get 670/875 running 10x155 memory set to 16-8-8-2-8-2.5-2.

Just wondering. Have you two raised the voltage running through your memory? If so, how much? And do you have cooling measure in place over your RAM. If so, what kind?

I am using the +.2 setting or 2.7v and I have the thermaltake heat speraders on.
