core dimensions

im looking for a copper single pass core that is roughly 5-7cm THICK

. since its single pass it should have inlet and outlets on seperate ends. the width is also really important . 80mm wide .

if i cant find one like this i am thinking of havins someone get 2 boneville cores and modding them and splitting them down the middle

i also saw a VW beetle copper core that had a bad pic and i was wondering if any have used one

you could mod the bonneville core so it was single pass by closing off one of the 2 pipes and tapping one into the bottom tank...or would that not fit your size requirement? i'm not verry imaginative, a pic (think mspaint) would help

that is actualy what i had in mind but that only makes up 3cm of the thickness about and would have to make 2 of them and use Y spliters ..
